I've worked alongside hundreds of vendors, managed every kind of curveball a wedding day can throw, and built a process that keeps things running smoothly no matter what.

Vendor Coordination
Timelines
Every package includes vendor coordination so that you're not the one fielding emails, confirming arrival times, or chasing down details. The question is how early you want me involved: just the final stretch, or alongside you from the very first booking?
The number of meetings varies by package, but they all function the same. We pick up exactly where you are. I'm your sounding board, reality check, and the support team helping you check things off the list. Every meeting ends with a clear recap and your next steps so nothing falls through the cracks.
Every package includes a custom event timeline built around your vendors, your bridal party, and your vision. Whether it's a day-of schedule or a full event-week overview, you'll never be left wondering what happens next or who needs to be where.
- Initial 1-hour meeting when booked.
- List of full preferred vendor referrals (if needed)
- 3 meetings: Meet 10-14 weeks before wedding to go over all the details, 5-6 weeks & 2-3 weeks out to wrap up any details.
- Final Venue Walk-Through
- Day of Coordination - up to 12 hours

- Wedding agenda for bridal party
- Coordinate Ceremony Rehearsal – (1 hour)
Day-of Coordination

- Unlimited Consultation via email and phone throughout entire process.
- Day of Coordinator –up to 12 hours
- Day of Timeline- vendors, bridal party & family (if needed)
- Event week general timeline – appointments, deliveries, dress/suit pick up, out of town guests, etc.
- Coordinate Ceremony Rehearsal – 1 hour
- Vendor Coordination
- Assist in design/vision ideas
- Assist with Vendor Meetings (if needed)
Partial Planning
Starting at: $2,900
Full Planning
Starting at: $5,800
- Initial 1-hour meeting when booked

- Unlimited number of meetings
- Unlimited Consultation via phone or email throughout entire process.
- Budget Tracking
- Day of Planning – up to 14 hours including assistant (10 hours)
- Day of Timeline- vendors, bridal party & family (if needed)
- Event week general timeline – appointments, deliveries, dress/suit pick up, out-of-town guests, etc.
- Coordinate Ceremony Rehearsal – unlimited
- Vendor Coordination/ Liaison throughout the entire process
