- Yes, setup and tear down is included!
- Each package you will get an initial meeting and at least 3 meetings leading up to your wedding day, final venue walk-through, rehearsal, and wedding day. Unlimited communication for all packages. Depending on your package after that, each one has different offerings.
- Yes, I always bring at least 1 assistant.
- Signing a contract and sending half of the payment to reserve your date.
- The earlier the better! Most couples book 12-18 months out, especially for peak summer and fall dates. That said, if your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway — I'll always let you know what's available.
- Not at all! While weddings are a big part of what I do, I also plan bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. If you're celebrating something, I'd love to help make it happen.
- I'm based in the Kansas City area and primarily serve the KC metro. If you're getting married outside of KC but have family or roots here, reach out — I'm always open to a conversation.
- All the time! Every package includes unlimited communication via email and phone throughout the entire process. You'll never feel like you're waiting on me or figuring things out alone.
- That's exactly what I'm there for. After 10+ years in this industry I've seen just about everything, and my job is to handle it before you even know it happened. You stay present and enjoy your day — I've got the rest.
- I use planning systems that keep everything in one place — timelines, vendor contacts, to-do lists, and more. Once you book, I'll get you set up and walk you through everything so nothing falls through the cracks.
